AMC Inductive CPC System Put Into Production Line！
The inductive CPC system of Xi’an Amctech Co., Ltd. has its own IP rights, which is widely used in steel CAL(Continuous Annealing Line) and CGL(Continuous Galvanizing Line). It is the system which can replace the similar products of German EMG company.
The inductive CPC system mainly consists of three parts, including detection part (inductance coil, high-precision and high-frequency response centering inductance CPC board, displacement sensor, CPC frame), hydraulic part (CPC hydraulic station, ATOS proportional valve seat), and control part (Siemens CPC controller). The detection width of the inductance coil can vary up to ±100mm, and when the width of the measured strip changes greatly, there is no need to change the relative position of the detector. Because of the inductance coil, the sensor has the features of high sensitivity and strong anti-interference ability. And it can work reliably for a long time under harsh conditions.
The CPC (Center Position Control) control system is a continuous closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo adjustment system. First, the inductance coil detects the position difference of the strip from the center. The deviation signal is calculated by PI, and the electrical signal is output to drive the proportional servo valve, and then the proportional servo valve drives the oil cylinder with the unwinding mechanism to move, so that the strip always maintains the center position.
